Rest Day

So today was a rest day for me. Started off this morning with a good Zone breakfast. 4 egg whites, ounce of cheese, 1.5 ounces of canadian bacon for protein. Had a tsp. of olive oil with a large heaping of peanut butter too for my fats. For my carbs i threw a cup of mushrooms in my eggs, had a 1/2 cup of peaches along with a rice cake and an apple, and a little brownie bite. 4 blocks of protein, 5-6 blocks of fats, and 5.5 blocks of carbs.

Took a little time to digest and went out for a run after to try out the new vibrams i just got. Picked up a pair of the Sprints. Went for a nice 2 mile run around the park i live near. finished the run in 13:32, not a bad time but something i can improve on definitely. Back to the gym on tuesday for another workout. Take Care
