3/28/2009

Another great day of crossfitting. This fitness program has changed my life right now. I've changed my major, actually started saving money for once (for my certifications), and have increased my overall fitness by miles. I've been an athlete my whole life and always thought i was "in shape" or "fit". haha. then came crossfit. I've been working out at a gym near me and love the results. I'll mostly just be blogging my w.o.ds and anything that comes to mind.

Front Squat/Burpees

100 front squats

Every minute on the minute you stop and do 5 burpees, then continue with your squats

Felt this was a pretty good time. The burpees were a killer "twist" ha.
